Founded by Michelle Pearson and Nicole Barbera, two seasoned insurance professionals, our agency was created with one mission in mind: to provide strategic, personalized coverage solutions that truly protect families, homeowners and small business owners. Nicole spent her younger years working in the service industry, learning to work hard and provide excellent customer service, while completing a college degree at the same time. After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate Management with a minor in English, she transitioned into a more fulfilling career in property and casualty insurance. Nicole started as a 4-40 licensed Custom Service Representative and has held a 2-20 Property and Casualty insurance agent license since 2024.

Originally from The Netherlands, Nicole moved to Florida in 2013 and has loved the Sunshine State ever since. She is married with three children and loves to play pickleball in her free time.

Family is at the center of everything for Michelle. As a wife of a retired Army Veteran, mother of 7, grandmother of 11 and business owner, she knows firsthand how important it is to protect the home you live in, the business you've poured your soul into and the future you're building for your family. Faith, loyalty, hard work, and creating a life that feels secure and meaningful are some of Michelle's most important values. These values are what shapes how she runs her business and manages client relationships.

Michelle grew up in a small town in Missouri and settled down in beautiful Tampa Bay years ago. When not working with clients, you will find Michelle spending time with family, traveling across the USA to visit grandchildren, volunteering with Meet Me In The Streets Ministry, enjoying time at home or planning the next cruise adventure.
